What are the Months on long term plans?
The listed months in long term plans are the set default for when our Tech Team will come to handle the service that you had selected.
Am I limited to the selected services for long term?
Not at all! While the scheduled services must be completed at the set times, you’re free to add extra services whenever you like. For those occasional additions, we’ll extend nearly the same discount you received for committing long-term.
Can I cancel the long term contract?
After the first visit from our Tech Team, you can still cancel your plan. If you’ve only paid for that session, you’ll pay the difference between what you’ve paid and the cost of a one-time service. If you’ve paid for a whole season, or the whole long term, we’ll refund any amount exceeding the value of a one-time service for your property. Cancellations after that will incur an additional fee equal to the full one-time service rate for your property.
How long do I wait for the Quote?
Expected 1-3h, as we value person-to-person communication, all submitted forms are handled and analysed by a Member of our Team within 12h of it’s submission.
Is there a way to order more than one property done?
Absolutely! All our forms are revised by a team member, enter the additional locations in the “Additional Notes” bracket, we will not miss it! Discounts apply if the properties are around the same area and are to be done in the same time frame.
Discount for a huge area, compared to average residential space?
If your property is large enough, you may qualify for a bulk discount, even though it’s for a single house. Larger projects allow us to work more efficiently, and we’re happy to pass some of those savings on to you. For window washing it’s always included. If you’re looking at pressure washing, in the ‘additional notes’ include the total square footage of the area you’d like our Tech Team to clean.
